Elwin is the founder and Chairman of Clermont Venture Corporation Limited. Elwin’s omnipresent entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in the creation of a variety of successful business endeavours over the past thirty years. In addition to his strategic leadership activities at Clermont, Elwin owns and operates Canada's Largest Canadian Tire Store (measured by sales volume).
Elwin has received numerous awards that recognize business excellence. In 2001, Elwin was recognized as one of the top Canadian Tire dealers across Canada when he received the Canadian Tire Award of Excellence. In 2002, the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce awarded Elwin with the inaugural Kingston Big Business of Year Award. Elwin is a graduate of Queen’s University and he, together with his wife Beverley, supports a variety of community initiatives.
Matthew Derbyshire

Matthew is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring new investment opportunities for Clermont Venture Corporation Limited. In addition to leading the company’s expansion into new business areas, Matthew is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the company.
Matthew is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier (Honours Business), Clarkson University (MBA) and Queen’s University (Bachelor of Laws) and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association. In addition to his leadership role at Clermont, Matthew actively participates in a variety of community initiatives and in his spare time he enjoys travelling with his wife Jennifer and his three children Violet, Chloe and William.
Dana McCulloch

Dana has worked with the Clermont organization and affiliated companies for over fifteen years. She oversees all aspects of Clermont's audit functions and implements budgetary controls. With the help of her team, Dana is dedicated to ensuring her initiatives are implemented seamlessly across Clermont and its associated companies.
Dana is a graduate of Carleton University and is involved in an array of fundraising initiatives. Most recently, she is on the Kingston General Hospital 'Black Tie Committee' (the single largest fund raising event for the Kingston General Hospital) and the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation Campaign. Outside of her leadership role at Clermont and her support of local charities, Dana enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband George and her two boys, Eric and Braeden.
Jason Derbyshire

Jason is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Clermont Investments. Jason provides leadership and direction in team building, expanding markets, forming strategic alliances and achieving operational excellence. Jason successfully defines the needed organizational structures; recruits team members, implements operational protocols and stabilizes the day to day activities.
Jason is a graduate of Trent University (Honours Business) and he is actively involved in coaching children's soccer, ball hockey and ice hockey. In addition to his leadership role at Clermont, Jason, his wife Lori, and his two boys Thomas-Jay and Burke, make a concerted effort to support local charitable organizations.
Al Cosford
Controller
Alan has recently joined Clermont after a successful career in the Banking Industry. He held several senior management positions with the Bank of Montreal including Area Manager and Senior Manager Commercial Banking. In addition to monitoring and controlling the financial activities of Clermont and associate companies; Alan is very involved in the Community being a member of the Cataraqui Kingston Rotary Club and serving at the Hotel Dieu Hospital as a Member of the Board. Alan is a keen golfer and also curls during the winter months.

With over 20 years of experience in her chosen field, Carol and her team deliver client-driven service to Clermont's customers on a daily basis. When not at work, Carol enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Gary is a recent addition to the Clermont organization. Prior to accepting his role at Clermont, Gary held various retail positions including a senior management position at one of Canada's premier Canadian Tire stores. Gary's primary area of responsibility is the oversight of day to day operations. To that end, Gary is committed to the growth of Aarons, not only at the store level, but also regionally across Ontario East. In his spare time, Gary enjoys participating in various fundraising events for Big Brothers and World Vision charities.
Sandra Hinton

Sandra Hinton recently joined our team as the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Wolfe Springs Golf & Waterfront Resort. Her honours university degree in Corporate Image Consulting and array of sales, marketing and real estate-related experience have played an integral role in our efforts to build interest in this new Fractional Ownership resort. Sandra participates in various fund-raising activities in support of medical research and sponsors the area's underprivileged children through associations such as PRO Kids and the Big Brothers and Sisters of Kingston.
