Below is our residential application form. If you are currently interested in renting with Clermont and would like to submit a application you can complete this form, print and bring in to our office or mail to us.
*Please Note The Following When Applying For A Residential Apartment:
- Last months rent is payable when the application is submitted (cash, certified cheque or money order ONLY)
- First months rent is payable on or before the date of tenancy (cash, certified cheque or money order ONLY)
- After the first and last months rent have been paid you are able to pay by Pre-Authorized Debit Transactions, personal cheque, certified cheque, money orders or cash.
- The Rules & Regulations MUST accompany the application and all applicants’, occupants, and guarantors must sign a copy.
