Maintenance Requests

If your residence requires a repair please complete a Maintenance Request Form below. Alternatively, you can obtain a copy of the form from your Superintendant, Near Your Drop Box (if applicable), or at Clermont's office.

If you have an extreme emergency, (i.e. fire) call 911 immediately.

For other emergency maintenance requests, please contact our office by telephone at 613-384-4477, if our office is closed please follow the prompts for the after hours emergency service phone numbers. Some common emergencies include, but are not limited to:

No heat in the winter
A sewer back up or plumbing leak
No electricity
A fire hazard
Gas odours/leaks
Any other hazards or problems that put you or any other individual in danger or may result in property damage if not rectified immediately.

We will reply to this request with a 24 Hour Notice of Entry to asses and/or complete the requested service. There may be a need to contact an outside contractor in order to complete a repair. In this case, a member of our Resident Service Team will contact you to coordinate outstanding repairs as required.
